Yummy choices, Vegan Friendly, Nice Owners - Edit
Nice Indian restaurant with multiple vegan options clearly listed under the vegetarian sections.

They are also very accommodating on spice/heat levels. We ordered from the lunch menu. We had the vegetable pakora appetizer, Aloo Gobi (potatoes & cauliflower) and Daal Tarka (yellow lentils and beans).
They have roti and also can add tofu to any dish. They also occasionally make a vegan dessert, so be sure to ask about that!
We enjoyed meeting the owners and will definitely go back often to try more dishes. They said their dinner menu has even more vegan choices.

Pros: Large variety of vegan options & can modify others, Owners are very vegan friendly and helpful, The food was delicious and I could get it mild!
Cons: None, except that they aren't 100% vegan.

Clearly marked vegetarian and vegan mains and appetizers, and they can modify each dish to your spice preference (if not specified, it will be "mild"!). Quite a few meal options, even for vegans, for Chambersburg. Decent Indian food overall, not the best ever, but still really good.
