3.5 stars - limited vegan options but good - Edit
Had several flavors of vegan muffins and a brownie. Would have liked additional choices but the pumpkin muffin and brownie we tried were moist and delicious.

After looking at the description of place and the review I had hope of getting a vegan cinnamon roll. Sadly they typically don’t have them and you need to preorder. Well, I went with a vegan matcha brownie. It was good but a little too sweet for me. I did mention Happy Cow to one of the employees and maybe they can edit the description to be clearer for the next person.

Exceptional bakery in the heart of Downtown Steamboat Springs - Edit
Inclusions made our event accessible to ALL our guests with their wide variety of gluten free, vegan and dairy free options. They were a pleasure to work with and offered great suggestions to keep our planning on track and on budget. Even our non-gf and non-vegan guests enjoyed everything and many didn't even realize everything was vegan/gf as it all just tasted so good. We went back for vegan Cinnamon Rolls the next morning and discovered they had a great selection of vegan milks for their espresso bar too. Very impressed.
