Wow this place was beautiful. Food was really good. I had the chickpea meatball bowl. The bowl is made of a flat bread. Sweet potato fries were good. And there was a tahini sauce. Service was excellent from a young lady called Silvia, her English was excellent.

Incanto is very good option for vegans in Burgas. Not the best , but since there is no vegan restaurant or many options in town its pretty good.

- Taboule salad (just ask them to remove honey from the usual dressing that they do)
- Tika Masala - its actually with chickpeas and basmati rice and a little bread filled with hummus, spicy and very tasty and warming
- Buddha bowl - very healthy, light option with salads and 2 falafels , hummus and tahini sauce
- Very tasty vegan raw cake with chocolate ,nuts , fruits, banana
- amazing wholegrain focaccia slices
- amazing rosemary bread
- vegan option - black rice side dish
- amazing sundried tomato hummus with focaccia
Pros: Amazing atmosphere ,cosy, vintage and modern, Good service , Very tasty and served in beautiful plates
Cons: Not very affordable, Not a lot vegan options , could be more

When i first came to this restaurant I was delighted - 5 years ago the food was delicious, I was happy there was a place with at least some vegan options in Burgas. Fast-forward to now, I've been there about 5 times by now, and they never seem to add any additional vegan options. They still have the same buddha bowl since who knows how many years ago, and maybe once or twice a year they introduce one new vegan dish, but the last few times it hasn't been something to write home about. The vegan curry for example, is not a curry at all. Just a pepper vegetable stew, really. For the prices, and the high class of a restaurant like this, I would expect a bit more. It's still a lovely place with a beautiful decor and good service.

Delicious healthy vegan options nice staff - Edit
I ate delicious buddha bowl that was really nourishing, the staff was really nice and explained the ingredients in each food I asked. Their tika masala is not labelled vegan, but it is:)

Falafels tastes a bit like meat. Probably from the deep frier.
Nice and clean place.
Tasteful interior.
Be careful to make sure you are going the right place. Search the restaurant name on Google and go there.

Probably the only place in Burgas with decent vegan options. The food is always well presented and tasty. I love the laid back yet chic atmosphere. The only downside - the menu needs at least one proper delicious vegan main course.

There are items on this menu with “vegan” beside them. Quite a few. Also some other things also vegan but don’t say so. I had a fab meal here (even if the pizza had to be cobbled together).
