UPDATE: Only One Vegan Option - Edit
Unfortunately another place with only a QR-menu. I had the Pasta Alfrodo (35.000 COP). It was tasty but I found the portion too small. I wouldn't mind going back to try something else.

It is disappointing that places that claim to be 100% plant-based have ingredients on their menu that are not vegan. Furthermore, they don't be honest with people and don't do anything to change it either. Be careful, Oreos in Colombia are NOT vegan. Don't order the dessert with Oreo and ask the owner to change it. Because he has been talked to in a thousand ways and it seems like he doesn't care. Thanks

Beautiful Asian style dishes - Edit
Excellent food, beautifully presented. Plenty to choose from - I had a couple of starters instead of a main. The Bao are particularly good. They also have some nice cocktails and it's a nice atmosphere. Felt like a special meal out rather than just for necessity.

Little or no protein in the food. For example the pasta was creamy but without any nutrients like protein.
The plant-based burger from the Burging King is even healthier. The service was really bad and not all friendly at they are not solution oriented!!!!
When you want to pay a lot for some easy carbohydrates with a whiteout any flavor. This restaurant is recommended.
Check the expensive bill because they make mistakes and they don't give your money back!!!! There are many better vegan restaurants in the city that you can reach with the Indriver App for example.

For the high price the flavors just weren't there. Was the most expensive meal we had and also our least favorite in our 3 weeks. We tried five dishes, the bao buns were okay but not the best we've had in Laureles as they were tiny and skimpy on fillings. Ramen had no flavor, I'd skip that! The best dish was the berry muffin dessert.

Me encantó el menu del dia por 15k, jugo y postre incluido. Además el ambiente es bonito y la camarera fue muy atenta. Seguro que vuelvo a comer acá! 😍El almuerzo me gustó mucho y me dieron fruta como postre, solo que el jugo natural era demasiado aguado, y eso estando en Colombia. 🤔

Nos dijeron que había menu del día hasta las 3 pero llegamos a las 2.30 y nos dijeron que ya no. Entonces escogí el bowl pero no me gustó tanto, faltaba algo de arroz. Mi novio pidió la pasta y le pareció bien, pero nada especial. El postre con helado de Guanábana estaba rico. Para los precios altos que tiene la comida tendría que ser de mejor calidad y porciones mas grandes.

We wanted to spend the afternoon in Laureles, so started with lunch at Ina. Although it was a hot day, we sat on the patio -- pleasant and shady, and protected from the street. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful, without hovering, and our food came quickly.
Read moreI ordered the Namaste, a bowl with garbanzo beans and a lot of arugula. Unusual and tasty. Everyone else got the fixed price meal, which was about $4 each in US dollars -- not sure why anyone calls that expensive. That meal included tomato soup, pesto pasta, an infusion to drink, and dessert. Of course I sampled everything, all good (though I was glad to have the Namaste).
Too bad it's a long trip from our hotel, as I would love to go back.

The perfect place for a nice dinner! They offer creative cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks that are not only delicious and well balanced, but also nicely presented. We had the quesarola, which was an amazing taste compilation with cassava cheese and orange. It is quite filling and could be shared with up to 4 people as an entree. The banh mi and the envuelto criollo (like a gourmet tamal) were equally tasty, filling and full of flavors. A special surprise was the cocacake with interesting combinations of taste and textures.

Any plane that is all vegan gets an extra point/ star just for that. With that said, the food was good, not great, and I spent about 3 times what I've spent at other vegan places in the area and enjoyed the food there more.

I highly recommend you go to INA if you find yourself in Medellin. The food is absolutely delicious and the ambiance is cute. They also have a small vegan market inside.
