Est. Feb. 2024. A culinary laboratory and a full on-site plant-based/vegan cooking school. Offers a variety of thematic courses with around 12 different recipes per course that will be prepared and enjoyed between all the participants. A 4-hour experience. Speaks Catalan, Spanish, English and German - please book in preferred language. Daily courses from Tue-Sat, one from 11am-2pm, and one from 6-10pm. Open Tue-Sat 11:00-22:00. Open for private events, team events, parties on other dates and hours.

I got gifted a session here and I loved it! We prepared some delicious middle eastern (and greek) vegan food and it was just amazing.

We prepared several dishes: dolma, falafel, samosa, kabuli burger, spanakopita, babaganoush… Everything was so tasty!
At the end all the participants (~11) had dinner together.
They do other courses.
The place is very cool too
