As an Italian who's grown up with tons of excellent, artisanal dairy gelato, my standards are very high. For the first time in my life, I ate a generous portion of genuinely tasty gelato without feeling too full. I was absolutely delighted by how delicate, and at the same time rich in flavour, it was.
