Phenomenal ramen and everything else - Edit
I went with some friends and my parents, and we were all beyond thrilled at what we ordered. I got the forest ramen with some added chili oil, and I crushed the entire thing. I was trying some other people's food and also really enjoyed the vegan pho and teri-yaki udon.
Read moreOur party was a mix of vegans, vegetarians and an omnivore, and we were all thrilled. The vegans and vegetarians were especially excited by the very clear labelling. The drinkers were also thrilled with the draft beer selection, and I was happy with my kombucha.
Went to a Red Wings game afterward where their performance was far more disappointing, but I still felt satisfied from being filled with delicious vegan ramen.
Pros: Clearly labelled vegan & vegetarian options, Delicious food, A nice variety of vegan options.

What the Pho … 🍜 - Edit
There’s another location of this place but I’ve only been this one and I like it.
Read moreIt’s not fancy but definitely not a hole in the wall. It’s busy from the local student crowd and that’s it’s one of the better places to get pho in the area.
There’s lots of options. The portions are good sized. I like the Vegan Udon and Pho it’s vegan and gluten-free. The edamame is good.
They have an alcohol list incase you want to get drinks while you slurp down a bow.

Ample vegan options! - Edit
Based on the reviews, I decided to try the spicy szechuan noodles and I really enjoyed the udon type noodles; however, the actual sauce is not spicy at all. I don’t have a high spice tolerance either (I’ve hated spicy foods my entire life and recently have gotten into it) so I was surprised that it wasn’t spicy. It was also very greasy and had oil with a slight pool at the bottom of my bowl. I do like oily food, but it does hurt my stomach unfortunately. I’ve also never had wood ear mushrooms and these were really good!
Read moreI tried the tofu blueberry custard which was nice and I liked the cracker-y crumbles on top. Those were really nice and I wish there was more. I think the mint was too strong for this dessert and some of the blueberries were sour which I don’t prefer, but balanced the sweetness of the custard.
Next time, I’ll try the curry udon noods or the pho because I’ve never had pho. The service was excellent and our food did not take long either. Although I wasn’t super pleased with the food, they had so many vegan options that I feel like it’s only right to try the others to give a fair review.
Pros: Ample vegan options clearly outlined, Lots of seating options
Cons: Spicy noods were not spicy and were too greasy, Wooden chopsticks

As a heads up, the cocoa bits aren't actually vegan😒even though they label the whole dessert as vegan. It needs to be ordered without the cocoa bits.

I could live on the noodles and custard! - Edit
Great marked vegan options in a cute space. The Forest Udon and berries and custard are incredible. My only complaint is that this location doesn’t have the jicama tacos like the Corktown location, but I still manage to leave with a full belly!

Delicious noodles - Edit
The vegan options were clearly labeled. We particularly enjoyed the fried yam appetizer. The noodles and pho were also well done and nicely spiced. There is no parking lot but there is parking along the street.

favorite - Edit
they have multiple different vegan noodle dishes and a vegan tofu karaage that can be made vegan. I’ve tried it all and their vegan pho will always be that girl. This app won’t let me rate it 5 stars because it’s not fully vegan (🙄) but know that I would if I could!
