È sorprendente sapere che in Monferrato esiste un ristorante con un menù completamente vegano in alternativa a quello onnivoro. Il mio sogno è che al più presto tutti i ristoratori si adeguino in tal senso.

Ogni piatto è un’esperienza di gusto autentico e sincero.
Il personale è accogliente, simpatico, pronto a raccontare con entusiasmo la filosofia di ogni portata.
Un posto da provare assolutamente e dove tornare con piacere!

Al nostro arrivo ci sono stati proposti 3 tipi di antipasti, 3 tipi di primi e 3 di secondi il dessert.
Abbiamo fatto fatica a scegliere per la quantità e particolarità delle proposte, tutte molto stuzzicanti.
Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla cura e dall'attenzione riservataci.

Amazing service, the waitress was very concerned about our needs. I am vegan and they had multiple vegan dishes from traditional pizza to poke bowls and special sourdough pizzas/fagras (a dish which is a mix between pizza and foccacia). They even have vegan homemade mozzarella so you can make any vegetarian pizza vegan!! They use natural ingredients and even indicate where they got the ingredients from and they have a special gluten free lab so you can make almost all dishes gluten free! Food was very good, we had the vegan poke bowl and a sourdough pizza.

Excellent thoughtful food. There is always a full vegan menu available (better to book in advance) which is original but based on traditional Italian dishes. The chef makes his own bread and pasta too, and vegan cheese from nuts. Family run.

Amazing home-cooked food made with love. The couple that runs this place is absolutely delightful and they truly enjoy sharing with guests the best of what local cuisine has to offer. The cook is vegetarian and especially enjoys vegan cooking, so you will always find fresh, inspired options, though ideally call at least a day in advance to tell them you’re vegan and planning on stopping by.
Read moreDuring our visit we tried their vegan veggie and cheese place (with the most amazing home made vegan Parmesan), their asparagus and raspberry risotto (with local asparagus), and their falafel (fully home made and Italian inspired due to the flavor profile and the fact that it came with marinara sauce and grilled zucchini. Some of the best falafel I’ve ever had).
Everything was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor, and beautifully plated. The place is an old stone manor that really takes you back to another time. We sat out on their patio where we could smell the flowers in the garden and see the pomegranate trees that give the place its name rustling in the breeze. If you’re in the area, there’s no better spot for an amazing home-cooked vegan meal. Very much worth the drive to eat here.
PS: If you want a vegan dessert to be available, let them know when you book

What a pleasant surprise to be able to find vegan options in such a small picturesque village. Better to call in advance to let them know you are vegan. Even without having reserved, the chef improvised an outstanding vegan menu. Creativity at its best. Highly recommended. Will be back.

Small Town Vegan Lunch - Edit
An amazing gem of a restaurant! I can't believe there's such great vegan food available in a small town like this. Lunch menu had several vegan options even without a reservation. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
