Great choice for vegan gelato - Edit
It’s the only place I’ve found so far that has a clearly labelled vegan cone (individually wrapped on the counter). They only had one vegan gelato flavour (dark chocolate) when I was there, but 1. It was amazing! and 2. It looks like they usually have more, I was just there on a very busy Saturday night after dinner.

Over ten vegan ice cream flavors - Edit
The store has changed names and is now called “Santa Maria Gelateria Artiginale”. It offers over ten vegan flavors, mostly sorbetti (try banana!) and the usual dark chocolate. I really appreciated the vegan ice cream cone, which is rare to find in Rome.
