Vegan options in Vegas - Edit
We are both Vegan and really enjoyed the salad, minestrone soup with sides of mixed vegetables, roasted potatoes and polenta. Canaletto is part of the Il Fornaio group and the bread is amazing. Vegas has slim pickings for Vegans but we will return here.
