In una zona dove il vegan è ancora molto poco considerato, trovare un ristorante che ha una parte di menu titolato ‘piatti vegetariani e vegani’ è una rarità. Io ne ho provati due, la fregola con verdure che non mi ha però fatto impazzire, un po’ grossolano, e la cotoletta di melanzana accompagnata d una salsina agrodolce che invece mi ha piacevolmente stupito. C’era anche il dolce vegano del giorno ma non l’ho provato, ma il bello è che c’è. Prezzi decisamente altini, €17 la fregola, €14 la melanzana..

Opciones buenísimas en un desierto vegano - Edit
No tengo fotos porque literalmente devoré el plato, comí la fregola y me encantó, me iba haciendo falta ya comer algo del estilo, calentito, sabroso y bien hecho. Muy contenta además por haber podido probar un plato típico sardo veganizado. Otra cosa genial es que tienen postre del día vegano, en mi caso era un mugcake de chocolate con crema de chocolate y avellanas por encima, muy muy rico. Es cierto que el precio es algo caro, pero el ambiente es bueno, tienen una terraza muy bonita y el trato fue estupendo, además que la comida estaba muy rica. Me quedé con las ganas de probar la pasta con crema de calabacín y pistachos, pero nos alojamos lejos y ya no podemos volver. Lo recomiendo totalmente!!!

Good choice for vegans - Edit
My vegan noodle dish tasted good, but considering the price not that special and the portion was rather small. All in all it’s a huge plus that the restaurant makes an effort to extra list vegan/veggie dishes. (Side note: there is no pizza in that place)

The owner of the establishment made a clear effort to propose a few vegan options which was very appreciated. I had the fregola alla verdure, it was simple but delicious.

Delicious stuff and vegan menu - Edit
The fregola (typical sardinian pasta) with vegetables is delicious. The owner, she mentioned it's hand made according to the sardinian tradition, and I quote: "Is like I would make it at home".
