excellent health good shop - Edit
After three weeks in Italy with no sign of a health food shop of note it was great to see il BioLogico. Lots of great tofu and soya options in the fridge , very helpful staff , lunchtime cafe looked very good. They will be moving , but close by , in a few weeks. Only real veggie / vegan options in Spoleto. Highly recommended.

On the way from the old town of Spoleto to The Unesco site of San Salvator the best of vegan food south of the Alps is served in an uninspiring office building. Three course set menu both perfect the eye as for the palate! Chapeau!
