Disappointing - Edit
Tried to save some money by ordering specific items instead of the all you can eat. Turns out the portions are small so this was a bad move, we were hungry after. Also if you don't buy all you can eat, you have to pay €3 for water €2.50 per person as a cover charge...

Wakame salad too vinegary, mapo tofu was the worst I've ever had - completely bland and not spicy at all. We also got the udon which for some reason was chopped up into tiny pieces??? I've literally never seen this done to noodles before and we were really confused, had to eat them with a spoon....
Don't understand the positive reviews... Maybe the sushi is good??

Delicious. Clearly labelled and super fast. - Edit
A good selection of options in the Vege section, and allergens clearly labelled. The server also suggested we could request customisation of other dishes, but it didn’t seem to make sense, as we’d be overpaying. We were asked if we wanted to do the all you can eat option for €35.90 (basically, you can just order as much as you want and it’s all set to zero on the tablet), but we declined. Of course, we then kept a tab to see if we’d made the right decision, and we got nowhere near that price. We came to the conclusion that it doesn’t make sense to do the cheaper non meat dishes unless you have a massive appetite! The food itself was delicious - especially the tofu, spring rolls and noodles. Can’t believe how fast it came out too. Definitely a much needed change, after the usual pasta, pizza and salad for nearly a week.

Cons: Obviously, a lot of non vegan food there too

Good - Edit
A restaurant from the traditional Italian food that I so desperately needed and yearned for. They have a vegetarian menu and you can easily make the items you like vegan. Some of the items on the menu were already vegan. (see photographs) You place your order from the tablet at your table. The service was great here and I’ll definitely be visiting again.

Excellent Vegan Options - Edit
The staff at Ikura are so knowledgable and accommodating, more than ready to edit orders to suit the vegan diet. Really, really tasty food and excellent value for money

Customisable menu - Edit
Loved this place- the vegan options on the menu are relatively limited, but each table has an iPad and each time you make an order there is a box where you can write any customisations. The ingredients in each sushi is clearly listed so it worked very well to order for example salmon dragon roll- “no salmon, vegan”. It’s not perfect but in Italy, for a change from pasta this worked really well! The waiter was very happy to show us what could and couldn’t be adapted.

Cons: You do have to look at the photos of fish sushi , Relatively limited menu if you don’t customise
