Good vegan ramen - Edit
I tried their vegan ramen and added tofu. The broth was labeled spicy but in my opinion was more mild, which I did not mind. Good overall and big portions!

Very good sushi burrito - Edit
I would post a picture of my burrito, but I ate it too fast. Very good build your own style sushi burrito. 10/10 would eat here again. The staff is knowledgeable about vegan options. Nothing on the menu is clearly marked vegan though.

Our family got the vegetables ramen, and vegetable fried rice. They had no problem omitting the egg for us. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to make substitutions. I highly recommend their ramen.

Best Ramen in Birmingham - Edit
Ikko is my favorite ramen place in Birmingham. They have several ramens that can be made vegan (the kitchen subs veggie broth and removes animal products) along with other dishes that are veg-friendly. The staff is always very pleasant and all know what “vegan” means.
