Best Vegan Sandwich

I had the best vegan sandwich that I've ever had in the Bay Area here. It was the Mel-lo Kitty. It had vegan chicken, orange glaze, avocado, lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, pickles, and their vegan dirty sauce. I had it on the Dutch crunch. I told them I wanted it vegan and they made no fuss and made sure my sandwich was vegan. It was warm and delicious.

The customer service was top notch and so friendly.

Pros: Great customer service, Will make anything vegan, Very tasty

Vegan Options and Super Friendly Service

Update: Finally got to try this place, super friendly staff - awesome company. Tasty vegan Sammy, I got the 519 veganized. Yum!

Previous: Opening date keeps getting pushed back, I’m just happy to see new businesses in the area offering vegan options. It’ll be my first time trying Ike’s when I do - I will update rating if I go in.

Pros: Vegan Options Clearly Indicated on Website, New Business Offering Plant-Based Options, Super Friendly Personnel and Clean Establishment

Cons: Not Fully Vegan/Plant-Based; No Vegan Cookies, Vegan Should Be the Default Not Vegetarian

Clueless Sandwich- Lettuce, Pickles, Mushrooms, Avocado, Red Pesto, Tomatoes, No Onions and No Cheese. Recommend for others trying to cut out faux meats too! 💖 at Ike's in San Leandro

Oooh! Well, it's very tasty. And I used to love Ike's before I learned how spending money at murder-businesses as a vegan was the same economic activity as torturing innocent baby animals trapped in cages myself. Enjoy!
