I Love Ike’s! - Edit
Ike’s has a wide selection of vegan sandwiches, from vegan turkey sandwiches to a vegan meatball sub. They are all warm but customizable and delicious. As a vegan who travels a lot, it’s nice because there are Ike’s all up and down highway 80. It’s the perfect roadtrip food stop!

instead of food you will get disappointment - Edit
I discovered this place around 2022 and ate there regularly. It was a top-notch establishment. Over time, the service got progressively worse. I then started ordering food online and adding extra comments like 'please don't forget the sauce.' My order #120455, March 22, 2025, will be my last from this place. I waited 53 minutes for my food, received a completely different sandwich, and to top it off, it was absolutely cold. The staff wouldn't even reheat it in the microwave.

I don't recommend eating here because very few of my recent orders over the past 6 months have been okay. Even if you select to add sauce in the app and additionally specify in the comments 'PLEASE DON'T FORGET THE SAUCE,' it still isn't added. $25 thrown in the trash, thank you. I regret adding a tip in the app.

was so excited when they opened an Ike’s in my hometown a year or so ago. was even more excited that they already had one in Sacramento when I moved here. lots of vegan options. Quality sandwiches.

Read moreCons- ordered the pilgrim (will soon be a different name as revamping menu) Sandwich has exactly two slices of vegan Turkey that has gone hard at the edges. I would recommend not getting anything with the sliced style deli “meat”. I just want in the mood for creamy or fried.
Also the music is so loud and it’s facing the tables.
Oh!!! Tell them no sucker because the candy apple is not vegan!

This place has some of the best, most creative vegan sandwiches. Yummy protein options, fresh veggies, delicious sauces. Fresh warm bread tops it all off. Yummm 🥪🥰

Great vegan Sandwhiches - Edit
This is a great place to stop by for a vegan treat but make sure to tell them you want your sandwiches vegan. They have a menu up but check out their website or ask about other sandwiches they actually can make way more than is posted! We love the “not so sloppy Ike” which is not on their in house menu as well as the “handsome owl.”

Veganizae or make your own sandwich! As another reviewer has mentioned, even their vegan sandwiches are not vegan beware. Just make sure to let the staff know you would like it vegan- vegan meat, vegan cheese, vegan sauce. They got it all. The staff was pretty informative and helpful with creating the right sandwich for me.

They have several vegan sandwiches. Be aware that some of the sandwiches that have vegan meat are NOT vegan. The menu indicates which vegan meat sandwiches are 100% vegan. The employees were super friendly and knowledgeable about vegan food. The sandwiches are absolutely delicious.
