Outrageously good sandwich - Edit
I got the James & The Giant Peach. I am in complete heaven. The combinations of spices and subtle flavors were mind blowing. Perfectly tangy, sweet, and umami. Best sandwich I've had since NoButcher in Las Vegas.

I’m in town visitng for a work trip and after seeing positive reviews here decided to give it a try. I got a sandwich with “fried chicken”. The chicken (gardein, I think) was not well prepared (didn’t feel cooked enough) and only covered half the sandwich. It was incredibly disappointing. Hopefully it’s usually better and I just got unlucky.

It's not a normal Ikes, this one is in a gas station. They have all the normal sandwiches but you can't make it a meal so be prepared to get chips and a drink in the gas station.

This sandwich shop is in a gas station, but half the menu is vegan. I got the maya angelou (delicious) and my non vegan husband enjoyed his sub quite a bit too. Hard to find fast and affordable vegan options, this hit the spot.

There were some pre-designed vegan sandwiches but you make a combo of any of their ingredients. So many choices and the vegan meats and cheeses were plentiful and delicious. My non vegan husband loved the two vegan sandwiches we ordered and would order them again! Don’t get put off by the car wash location!

Good sandwiches - can be made vegan - Edit
Lots of vegetarian sandwiches that can nearly all be made vegan. I had the James and the Giant Peach made vegan and it was honestly really good. My wife had the Handsome Owl and didn’t love it - soggy bread.
