There are a few vegan sauces/dressings available
On the menu, quite a few vegan options some with vegan chicken others with vegan meatballs
Once you tell em vegan, they'll sub the cheese as well.

Meatless Mike and Pilgrim are excellent sandwiches. Dutch Crunch bread is like a pastry.
