Plant Balls/hot dogs are immaculate - Edit
You can get a veggie and plant dog at the bistro and they are like 95 cents, the soft pretzel and cinnamon bun are also vegan. You can buy all these things in the frozen section too to have at home! The plant dog is my all time fave hot dog substitute and the veggie dog is like a veggie burger and it’s awesome, get it with the pickled cabbage, crispy fried onions, and the spicy mustard!
Read moreSign up for ikea family, it’s free, on Monday’s it’s meatless Monday and 8 veggie or plant balls at the restaurant are $3 you get two sides (I get the peas and the steamed squash veggies (gravy and mash potatoes both have dairy so avoid) as well as the lingonberry jam and the tahini romesco sauce, they also have French fries when you’re in the mood) On Tuesdays all adult entrees are 50% off as well. You can eat so well for so cheap.
The drinks are also amazing, many candies are gelatin free, and overall it’s an amazing experience.
