can certainly be improved for vegan - Edit
more vegetarian than vegan friendly, at the moment you can find only vegan polpette at the restaurant, while for vegetarians there are more choices: at the bistrot you can find vegan hotdog and wrap. Polpette are served with peas, jam and mashed potato - with dairy ingredient - that you can’t change with other vegetables
