Delicious vegetable options - Edit
Several vegetable options available, which has been challenging to find in Oak Ridge. I don’t eat mushrooms and they were willing to accommodate me. Husband ordered seaweed salad and vegetable roll and loved it. I had Teriyaki Vegetable Hibachi and it was delicious. Met the owner and she was very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant is staffed with family members. Nice family atmosphere.
