Can we talk about this mac and cheeze? Trust me, you want to. So incredibly good.

These guys know what's up. From the vegan frito pie to the BBQ seitan. It's all worth a visit.

I love love love this place so much. It is all vegan, all adorable and all delicious.
Their mac and cheese is now the apple of my eye. I gave up trying to find the perfect vegan mac and cheese recipe online and now just go to Iggy's when I get the craving. Pair it with the grilled cheese, and you will be in heaven!

My only complaint is they are only open at night, and they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. I understand why, but still, my stomach does not care if it is Monday or 2 in the afternoon. They are, however, open late, which makes up for it.

This was my last stop on my weekend in Austin. I decided on both the Barbequed Seitan and Monster PB&J sandwiches. My plan was to eat half of each and take the other half back home. They were nice enough to wrap it for travel. The combination of flavors on both sandwiches were subtle but fantastic! It was so good, I finished the PB&J and got another for the road. Now at home, the take out portion is sadly already gone. I wish I had also gotten another Barbequed Seitan for the road. There's a good chance Iggi's will be my first stop next time I'm in Austin.
