Solid Japanese option for vegans

I've gotten the veggie lunch special here a few times and it satisfies my Japanese/sushi cravings, even if it isn't fancy vegan sushi like you can get from sea ranger in Ventura or places in LA.
P.s. they often have a Groupon voucher going for the lunch special

Hey! This looks so yummy. The salad dressing looks like a type isn’t usually vegan (made with roe), would you happen to know if it is?
