Truly a lifesaver - Edit
Ichiban was like an oasis when we got to Florence, starving after driving through southern coastal Oregon all day with nowhere to get a filling vegan meal. The staff clearly pointed out the options on the vegetarian menu that were suitable for vegans & the food was delicious, way better than similar dishes I've eaten in much larger cities. The sesame tofu was great, so thankful for this place!

Not bad- lots of options - Edit
This place was way better than the Thai restaurant in town. They have a whole vegetarian section that is already mostly vegan. During the summer they have sushi rolls as well.
