Pretty Good Sushi

We got the mango avocado roll, veggie roll, and AAC roll and all were excellent! Just a heads up that the miso soup is not vegan (made with chicken broth according to our server) Our server also mentioned the tempura has egg & dairy.

Pros: Lots of vegan sushi rolls

Cons: Disappointed the tempura & miso soup are not vegan

Tasty tofu teriyaki

We had our doubts that we would find good vegan food in Evanston Wyoming, and were happily surprised to find this. The tofu was lightly crispy and the sauce had a nice flavor. We also had the tempura sweet potato roll and the vegetable roll both of which were great.

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Next door to the dog friendly Quality Inn , Full bar that has local beers
