Tried ICEBLIZZ when it had a pop-up at Slite Market this year. Between us we tried the strawberry/sea berry, polka, saffron and lemon. All really creamy and flavoursome. Can’t believe that the main ingredients is carrot - the owner must be using some ice cream witchcraft!
