Found this place courtesy of another poster and again did not disappoint. Choose a salad base and add veggies and a vegan protein if you like. The marinated courgettes were so yummy.

Le gérant nous accueille grand sourire et super avenant nous explique le fonctionnement. Les salades sont à la carte avec des produits frais coupés en direct devant vous. La salde se compose devant vous. Un délice avec les huiles composées de la régions!
