Gets the job done - Edit
For airport food, it’s not bad honestly. It’s the only option here, but the rest of the terminal didn’t have much. I got the black beans avocado sandwich (minus mayo and cheese). I expected it to be dry, but the avocado was carrying it. I didn’t see the other user’s comment that the whole wheat bread isn’t vegan because of honey which we got.

Whole Wheat Bread isn’t Vegan! - Edit
Sandwich was delicious, I ordered the Black Bean Patty and Avocado without cheese (Provolone) or mayo. Make sure you say white bread when they ask, as their whole wheat contains honey.

There are two vegetarian options (employees don't know if the bread contains milk or eggs so I'm assuming they do). I ordered the Black Bean Avocado sandwich and it was OK. It is made with a Vegan Black Bean patty, Avocado, Lettuce, Tomatoes and Red Onions (have to order NO cheese and NO mayo) but at least there's an option :)
