simple, cheap - Edit
You pick from several foods behind a counter, and then it's reheated. The selection changes regularly, comprised of simple home-cooked style foods, heavily vegetable and grain based (not a lot of protein-rich options). The food is good everyday food.
Everything is vegetarian, but you have to ask what is vegan (and it can take them some time to figure it out), and sometimes the vegan selection is small.

The small number of meals to choose from. But the food was very good and a lot of fresh juices to choose - in very good combination.
