A waitress should probably know what mineral water is & a customer should not have to try getting the waitress's attention for almost 20min. The examples refer to 2 different waitresses on 2 occasions.

An authentic american diner - Edit
Hamburgers done right or should I say the american way. "I love veggie burger" is an awesome little house of american diner style hamburgers. The portions are big, the burgers are very juicy and delicious and there is a choice of customizing your burger your own way. Sweet potato fries are so good you could kill yourself eating them. Despite the former reviews, there was nothing to complain; the staff is friendly and the food came relativly fast. The only downside is that they share their place with a meat burger joint but very importantly the kitchens are seperate.

real american vegan burger! - Edit
The first time I tasted a big burger with cheeze, bbq sauce and more just like a real American burger or just like what I think a real American burger is. Real fastfood but the taste is good and I will certainly come back when I visit Vienna again. It looks clean and nicer as most fastfoodhouses I know but it is a place to eat fastfood not a real restaurant of course. The food was served on a plate that looks like an old newspaper, funny!

Good vegan burgers - Edit
The burgers and other dishes are tasty. The staff is quite slow and sometimes forgets special orders (without pickles e.g.). Orders might take long.
