I Love tofu had delicious soup and friendly staff! - Edit
Delicious tofu soup, they were happy to make vegan modifications on request. They have veggie alternative broth to usual beef. Staff was a bit off the cuff but friendly and accommodating all the same. If i lived in Spokane I’d be going back for more !

worst food ever, if you like spice dead animals, at a very overprice, then go there.

had to an get a real lunch for me and my spouse after being there. Very over price, low quality. not vegan!!
Pros: spicy
Cons: not vegan, very over priced, should cost about 1/3 less , no vegetables

More tofu items on the menu, as the name suggests. Google reviews indicate this and yet the owners don't seem to care how confusing this continues to be for new patrons.
