I get the fresh (salad) rolls with tofu rather than shrimp. The meatless, tofu or vegetable Pho comes in a vegetable broth and it's quite tasty. The Pho bowls are huge so, beware of ordering the large. It's enough for a small family. I love Pho is rarely crowded. I think that has to do with the fact that it's not really in an area where there are lots of other restaurants immediately around it.
