Stopped in after a rough day of shopping and Happy Cow said it was closed, like permanently. It’s 6pm on a Friday and I ❤️ Mac & Cheese is very much OPEN! Glad we checked other sources, because we were hungry! The Vegan Delight was sooo delicious! Large macaroni and Alfredo-style sauce with Beyond sausage pieces, broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes. Oh YUM!

When I visit my parents I get the vegan melt signature grilled cheese and it's awesome. The sandwich is large and really filling.
Read moreThe menu very clearly shows what options are vegan. There's 4 vegan options, and both the build-your-own-mac bowl and build-your-own grilled cheese have options to make your order vegan as well.
Pros: No need to modify 4 options to make them vegan, Vegan options are very clearly labeled
Cons: Ordering area is a little loud, Entire menu isn't vegan :(
