New obsession! - Edit
My partner and I just ate here for the second time this week while on vacation in the area. We loved it both times and hate that we don’t have a location near our home (since it’s a chain). I got the Vegan Delight bowl of mac & cheese both times, and he got a build-your-own vegan bowl of mac & cheese… and we varied a topping or two each time. I love that they also have vegan grilled cheese and other options for the base of the bowls (eg quinoa, broccoli, cauliflower). I would totally eat here regularly if I had one locally.

Cheesy Broccoli - Edit
Ordered a Vegan Melt it comes with 10 tater tots, and a order cheesy broccoli. The melt was good if you're looking for a cheesy greasy sandwich this is it! The cheesy broccoli was really good I think it would be even better with their pasta.
