Skip the salad - Edit
On the upside, the menu is labeled. On the downside, it was not very good. I the cauliflower wings with cayenne pepper sauce. That is the only vegan sauce they have so watch out for that. It was ok. The cauliflower is not breaded. The salad is tasteless.

Remember it’s a hotel - Edit
We dined on Wed 10/18 around 2p. The place was empty. We were greeted at the bar and inquired about vegan options and given a menu to look at. Sadly, they weren’t familiar and the items on the menu were few. I didn’t see the tofu or burger options on the menu presented to us. We ordered the Quinoa Salad at the bar, sat on the outside patio and they brought the meal to us. The salad was really good, but not a lot of substance. As we left, I saw a large easel mounted menu, which did have the tofu option on it. Not sure why the hand held menu was different from the large easel mounted menu.

Long wait for food/service - Edit
Came here because we were unhappy with lack of service / long wait at Sunset 89 and my friend was staying at the hotel here.
Read moreUnfortunately, we waited an hour or so for our food. I had the Beyond Burger, no cheese and it was okay. Just sustenance after waiting so long both at Sunset 89 and here.
Disclaimer: We came during solar eclipse weekend so I assume places including here were understaffed due to the rush of tourists.

Healthy vegan options with canyon view - Edit
Menu included quinoa and kale power bowl with pickled prickly pear, to which I added the mango habanero tofu, and it was absolutely delicious. My uncle had a chickpea and veggie wrap, hold the chicken. He said it was great. My husband had a Beyond Burger, no vegan cheese available. Service was exceptionally friendly and kind. Great terrace and sunset view of canyon.
