Beat, cheapest veg shop in D3 - Edit

This place makes some of the best veg noodles soups I've ever had in my four years in Saigon. Try them all. Recently found, and now it's an almost everyday stop for lunch. Best described as a hole-in-the-wall that knows how to make vegetarian food for the local taste. It's insanely cheap (everything 25k) and the staff were always kind as I navigated the items with my awful accent. It's a bonus that the place is overwhelmed and full (also charges more) on the 1st and 15th of the lunar calendar (vegetarian days for all Buddhists), as it signals the sought after appetites of usual meat eaters.

Pros: all the noodle soups, stewed jackfruit is a daily item on the buffet, the staff will fall in love with you as a regular.

Cons: it closes at 7pm, ice tea is available, but you use communal glasses, I didn't know about this place sooner
