Discovered this place by chance as I was looking for a quick lunch at CBD. They have a small stand and contrary to most food stalls were food is already cooked, they will cook your food after you order. Ask them if you do not want dairy/egg. I I really liked the noodle soup. Also took some fried veg. One dish is approximatively $5. They also do breakfast and porridge, but with milk. Friendly staff. I recommend this place.
