Impossible Burger w Vegan Cheese

There aren't many vegan options at Midway. Most airport food is outrageously expensive and this place is no exception. If you like the Impossible Burger and don't mind paying $15 for one and $3 more for vegan cheese, this place is a find.

HVAC Pub at Midway has a fast food takeout counter, another area for table seating or a bar you can sit at. So if you have a long layover this really is a good spot to grab a veggie burger and a beer and chill.

For vegetarians they also offer a veggie croissant, yogurt with fruit and granola and a grill cheese. They have a bunch of salads that can be veganized.

Pros: Vegan cheese

Cons: Exorbitantly expensive
