We aten hier een vegan ijsje op een warme zomerdag, niet gelabeld als vegan, je moet het dus wel vragen, personeel niet altijd op de hoogte.

(Edit: the vegan vanilla was in the display case on our second and third visits!) They had four vegan sorbets as well as a soy vanilla ice cream (be sure to ask about vegan options as this last one wasn’t displayed or on the menu, they had it in the back). I got the vanilla and it was amazing— creamy and delicious. My kids got sorbet and they were incredibly flavorful and had a creamy texture even though they are water based. Best ice cream and sorbet we’ve had in Belgium.
