Good food - Edit
The food is tasty and not so oily, sugar as other places in Hoian. I guess the owner really cares about spreading veganism. They make such good food, very friendly and you can pay with price you want, unlike many other places that want to overcharge tourists. So rare to see such place in touristic city like Hoian

Donation based, vegan, Buddhist restaurant - Edit
Dishes are local, tasty and come with fresh greens aside. Different types of mock meat and tofu are used. They also offer a fermented tofu spread for spice up the dish like with lemon or chilli. Didn't see this somewhere before. Free drinking water and hot tea is also offered at your disposal. And another unique feature of this restaurant is: its donation based. Dishes have no price tag. You pay the for you worth amount. Great concept, worth to spread and support!!

Must try! - Edit
I wanted to try this restaurant as I had seen it a few times while cycling past it, but couldn't find it on HappyCow or on google maps. I asked what their least oily food was on the menu, since they didn't offer any oil-free dishes, and they suggested the fried rice. After I ordered, I asked what the price was, as there were no prices on the menu. I was told that I could pay what I want, as it is a donation based restaurant. I liked the concept, so I wanted to try their best "seller" as well, which I was told was their banana flower salad.
Read moreThe fried rice was tasty, and it came with a tasty little soup with cabbage and mushrooms. Sometimes these complementary soups taste like tap water, but this one didn't. A bit oily, but I was expecting that.
The banana blossom salad was very tasty, it did contain a tiny bit of oil, but it was still very fresh and would be happy to eat that everyday, wonderfully seasoned.
The food is on par with many of the higher priced vegan restaurants in town, the quality is mind blowing.
They have a water dispenser as well, no plastic bottles yay!
You have to go here if you are in Hoi An!
