Good food

The food is tasty and not so oily, sugar as other places in Hoian. I guess the owner really cares about spreading veganism. They make such good food, very friendly and you can pay with price you want, unlike many other places that want to overcharge tourists. So rare to see such place in touristic city like Hoian

Pros: Tasty, Friendly, Fresh and no msg

One of the best so far!

Absolutely lovely place to have lunch or dinner at! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is really nice. I just enjoyed sitting there.
They have an English menu with a couple of rice and noodle dishes as well as mock meat and mushrooms.
There are no prices, it’s all donation based. But with such good food and friendly staff you’re willing to pay a little more than usual (:

Pros: Delicious , Nice atmosphere !!!, Donation based prices

Cons: Quite far from the center

Bestes Lokal in Hoi An

Donation based, vegan, Buddhist restaurant

Dishes are local, tasty and come with fresh greens aside. Different types of mock meat and tofu are used. They also offer a fermented tofu spread for spice up the dish like with lemon or chilli. Didn't see this somewhere before. Free drinking water and hot tea is also offered at your disposal. And another unique feature of this restaurant is: its donation based. Dishes have no price tag. You pay the for you worth amount. Great concept, worth to spread and support!!

Pros: Greens aside, Fermented tofu to spice up the dish, Donation based

I am a regular here

Place serves a good simple variety of vegan food, uses no msg, and no prices (donation).
My favorite here is Curry w Rice or Mi Quang Noodle soup.
But other things are good too.

Pros: Curry, Donations , Local

Best Vietnamese food so far!!!

So delicious, so many fresh herbs and so polite service. If you are vegan and in Hoi An a must try!!! I think we will go there tomorrow again.

Discovered this restaurant by passing with the bicycle. Couldn't be happier with the food.

They also have tea and water fill up!

Pros: Donation based pricing, Incredibly delicious, No MSG

Seems like we had the same experience ?
This restaurant deserves to be much more known by the vegan community in Hoi An!

Must try!

I wanted to try this restaurant as I had seen it a few times while cycling past it, but couldn't find it on HappyCow or on google maps. I asked what their least oily food was on the menu, since they didn't offer any oil-free dishes, and they suggested the fried rice. After I ordered, I asked what the price was, as there were no prices on the menu. I was told that I could pay what I want, as it is a donation based restaurant. I liked the concept, so I wanted to try their best "seller" as well, which I was told was their banana flower salad.
The fried rice was tasty, and it came with a tasty little soup with cabbage and mushrooms. Sometimes these complementary soups taste like tap water, but this one didn't. A bit oily, but I was expecting that.
The banana blossom salad was very tasty, it did contain a tiny bit of oil, but it was still very fresh and would be happy to eat that everyday, wonderfully seasoned.
The food is on par with many of the higher priced vegan restaurants in town, the quality is mind blowing.
They have a water dispenser as well, no plastic bottles yay!
You have to go here if you are in Hoi An!
