Vietnamese vegetarian restaurant opened 2019 in a plaza on Bellaire Blvd in the Asian district of Houston. Almost everything is vegan, with clay pots and hotpot as the specialty. There are also pho, Vietnamese wraps, stir-fry, and some fusion dishes as well. Uses soy based meats and other ingredients like jackfruit, breadfruit, konjac, and tapioca. The interior is decorated with intricate Asian statues, carvings, and artwork for a casual sit-down restaurant. Open Mon-Wed 10:00am-9:00pm, Fri-Sun 10:00am-9:00pm. Closed Thur.

Best pho ever (and it’s vegan!) - Edit
Came here with my husband and we were blown away by the very flavorful vegan pho, tasty broth. We also tried the black glutinous rice with milk dessert and it was delicious and warm, which was a nice surprise on a cool day in Houston. It is in an unassuming corner at the edge of Chinatown but clean and beautiful peaceful decor inside.

Excellent Food and Ambiance - Edit
Excellent authentic vegan Vietnamese food. The food has fantastic unique flavors, and the dishes are beautifully presented. The interior has one of the nicest vibes of any restaurant in Houston. Be sure to get here early, as there is a wait to get a table.

Tasty Authentic Vietnamese Restaurant - Edit
The food here is very good. Most non-Vietnamese people may not know that there is a different sauce for each specific Vietnamese dish. Most restaurants have 1 or 2 sauce but this one have a separate one for each dish, which is unheard of outside of Vietnam. It is currently the best vegan Vietnamese restaurant in Houston. The dining room is nicely decorated. The menu is still very limited. Expect to pay 20% more than other Asian establishments.
