Massive vegetation/vegan menu - Edit
I ate here 5 times as the food was so nice and they had a whole page of vegetarian options which could all be made vegan as they take the egg out. Everything was so flavorsome and healthy! Highly recommend coming here, they also have a good normal menu for people who eat meat. The mango smoothie was so nice too! Just have to say no milk

Delicious Filipino options - Edit
There was a whole page of vegan options! We were very happy with our dishes - the eggplant adobo was delicious. There's so much choice that we're planning to visit multiple times when we're in Moalboal.

Pros: Delicious food, Lots of options, Rooftop location
Cons: Slow service (probably because they were so busy!), Very busy

Good food, wrong order - Edit
I thought I ordered the tofu shilling, but got the mushroom one instead. It was my own fault while ordering, but eventhough I also ordered a starter, it was by far not enough food.

Lots of options! - Edit
The vegetarian page is the first in the menu and there’s lots of things to choose from! Nice to see they have lots of traditional Filipino dishes too. Annoyingly when we visited they had ran out of tofu so they substituted it for mushrooms (meaning it was a bit of a mushroom overload) but it was tasty nonetheless.

Finally some protein - Edit
Had the tofu sassig and it was incredibly filling! I couldn’t finish the entire portion. Taste wise, it’s nothing special but I highly recommend eating it as it was my first source of protein in like a week being in the Philippines 🥲 decent priced as well. Had tons of other vegan options

Yummy! - Edit
They have a non meat section of the menu, I’d say around 10 choices which include vegan / veggie versions of Filipino food. I went for the King Kong, a vegan alternative to Adobo and it was tasty!

Great place for dinner with good vegan options! - Edit
There were just enough vegan options at Hungry Monkeys for us to have a great meal here, however some more options would definitely be welcome! If it weren’t for the mushroom sisig, I wouldn’t have given this place 4 stars. I have dreamt every moon since about this dish, but only when I manage to get to sleep, as the meer thought of this dish persists in keeping me up at night.

Many food options - Edit
The tofu and mushroom sizzling sissig are yummy. Nice spring rolls. Music not as unbearably loud as other establishments up the road in the evenings.

Delicious soup! - Edit
They had no tofu while we were here. I had pumpkin soup which was amazing! Partner had some really good veggie curry. Just wish there was a protein option during the time we were there!

Restaurant has lots of vegan options, vegan-friendly Filipino food. Mushroom sisig was great (a special when I went) and the mungbean/coconut milk soup was delicious.
