Cheap but not cheerful

Please note that the opening times advertised are not accurate, the kitchen stops taking orders at 20.00.
The food at Hungry Horse fills a gap but the quality is lacking. I had the mushroom & ale pie & all the items on my plate were only just warm enough. The flavours were also bland.
You have to order the food at the bar which wasn't explained to us on arrival. When we were there, there was a queue of people waiting to give their orders because they only have one till dedicated to food orders & it's not enough at a busy place

Good Range

Had the Vegan fish and chips and it was delicious.
Good amount of options for a pub.

Pros: Good options , Friendly service, Cheap
