Alright

My partner had beyond burger, he liked it. I had fish/chips, it was alright, wish I’ve picked vegan lasagna which I will do next time for sure. It was alright for a typical pub with vegan options. Oh and we ordered impossible nuggets as a side. It was yummy.

Bad experience from the start.

Firstly, overall service from the staff was good. They tried their best and did what they could.
We went here for a bday meal with omni and vegan company. The menu showed they had many vegan options which was why we chose here. However after a long back and forth with the kitchen, they only had the vegan enchiladas and the vegan fish and chips.
The cuttlery bucket came out which had used napkins and cuttlery - looked like it was picked up from a previous table but not washed or emptied and they didnt notice. The enchilada came out but had real cheese on top despite no mention of cheese or vegan cheese on the menu. The cheese was unmistakably real and an omni member tried it to confirm. They tried to assure us it was vegan but when asked for the packaging or allergen for the item they werent able to produce it. They did show us a prepackaged frozen enchilada, which also looked like real grated cheese on top.
We ended up just replacing this with chips and having a meal at home. They did fully refund the tables bill which was a great gesture. But the 1 star remains for the vegan experience. With extremely minimal options and one of them not actually being vegan, i would think hard about actually taking the time/effort to visit here and would suggest going somewhere else. The vegan fish and chips wasnt that great either and could easily be made at home.

Pros: Staff tried to help

Cons: Poor options, No real commitment to serving vegan food
