good veggie fare, flashy mall interior - Edit
cost 9 ringgit for good plate, with soup included. this about 3-4ringgit more than regular ground level veggie places. but it's much flashier than most KL veg eateries.

Standard food court fare - Edit
Not bad place but has gone down in quality and variety since changing owners in the past year. Most food sits for hours in unheated trays so freshness is an issue. Also, in Malaysian style, customers help themselves and trays are located along the food court walkway so hygiene also potential issues. Best to come before lunch when food is freshly made and hot.
