Good food and Humus variations - Edit
The restaurant is small but cosy and with many upcycled stuff. The food is very good, the portions could be higher and the price lower. Nonetheless, after my third lunch there I will return for sure.

Adequate but overpriced - Edit
I've been to Humus three times. The food isn't bad, and I like the tofu club sandwich, but the portions are small and the menu is overpriced. It is, however, one of the only restaurants in Bolzano with vegan options on the menu, and the bistro atmosphere is nice.
Pros: Mostly vegetarian, Vegan options
Cons: Small portions, Overpriced
