Spettacolare, happycow non permette le 5 stelle ma è palesemente da 5! Tante alternative vegane, della tradizione locale, veramente strepitose! Dal tagliere di formaggi agli anolini, dai tortelli ai secondi.

Questo ristorante è ormai il mio posto del cuore a Parma. Grande offerta di piatti vegani inclusi dei ravioli incredibilmente buoni, con una mania ale attenzione alla qualità degli ingredienti. Organizzano anche eventi a tema e corsi.

This neighbourhood restaurant is just a quick 20min stroll from the city centre and has several vegan options on the menu. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is cosy. The food is great, and one thing that stand out is that the restaurant pays more attention to plating than Italian restaurants do in general. Since it's also a bakery, I recommend grabbing some bread while you are there

Cucina genuina e bio, piatti vegani sani basati su ottime materie prime. Aperti per le colazioni e per il pranzo, variegata l'offerta di dolci vegani. Venerdì e sabato sera fanno la pizza, pure in versione vegan, basta chiedere la mozzarella vegana.
