Vegan Friendly Mediterranean Slop - Edit
Coming from the East Coast and really missing Cava, Hummus Republic was naturally bound to be something I would have liked. They definitely have a lot of vegan options, and I would recommend trying the mushroom shwarma because its texture is very interesting.

Loved the ease of ordering… just follow the menu boards… wrap - bowl- pita etc. then step by step choice for everything else! So easy to customize exactly what you want! Everything clearly labeled Vegan, GF or Mediterranean Diet.

So glad I gave this place a second shot. Didn't really see all the options the first time. Got the bowl ths time and last time got the falafel burger. The bowl has way more you can choose.

Was not expecting many options in this area but this place was a very welcome surprise. You just pick what you want i. bowl / wrap and they pack it all in. Great vegan options. Huge portions. Good taste. Was surprised how busy they were. I noticed alot of people ordering mainly vegan options even though they also have animal products.
