Delicious - Edit
They have a separate vegetarian menu and everything on it is delicious. As a vegan it is difficult getting enough protein while on vacation but the herb crusted tofu was fantastic. Everything we tried had generous portions and great flavor. My husband who is vegetarian loved the pasta and the Brussels sprouts and cauliflower. They kindly put the aioli and cheese on the side so I could try the Brussels sprouts too. Beautiful views (we sat on the patio) and excellent service.

Limited vegan options on vegetarian menu - Edit
Really lovely atmosphere for an upscale restaurant, perfect for celebrating a special occasion. Kind and attentive service. Mention dietary needs to host before being seated and they will provide a small vegetarian menu (even more limited in terms of what they can customize to be made vegan).
Read moreMade a reservation in advance but there were some tables available.
Ordered three dishes:
- Crispy Brussels & cauliflower (made vegan by removing cheese): solidly good but not outstanding; cauliflower tastes better than brussel spouts
- Maui market vegetable pappardelle (vegetarian but can’t be made vegan because egg based-pasta): pretty mediocre taste, not super inspiring
- Herb crusted tofu (vegan): definitely the best tasting of the three dishes! The tofu was tasty and well-textured. The sauce was amazing. But the steamed vegetables seemed underseasoned.
Pricy dishes although generous portions. Overall, somewhat lackluster tasting food.
Tip: Ask the host to validate your parking pass to save $20!

Ask for the Veg Menu - Edit
They have a separate menu with veggie/ vegan options. I had the most delicious fennel fritters with balsamic roasted Brussel sprouts and charred scallion sauce. Really fantastic.

A few well done vegan items at upscale resort restaurant - Edit
Staying at the Wailea Beach Resort, there really weren't a lot of vegan options. So we were relieved to find that Humble Kitchin onsite could accommodate us. While initially we weren't impressed by the small number of items to choose from, we really enjoyed our food.
