Must visit in Saigon - Edit
Dining at Hum was an experience- so much so that my parents thanked me for bringing them here! It has beautiful interiors, and a vast menu. We tried the pineapple fried rice, tom yum soup, thai curry, a grilled mushroom dish and pad thai. The grilled mushroom and pad thai dish is avoidable. The pad thai was very dry and sticky and the manager explained that the texture was like that, because it was eggless. He was kind enough to offer to remove it from our bill, which we appreciated. The soup, thai curry and springroll was outstanding.

…hum is yum! - Edit
District 2 …hum is absolutely gorgeous on the inside. It’s almost like stepping into a ground-level treehouse. The food also doesn’t disappoint. Though a bit expensive the portions are good sized and filling. The flavors are lovely. Be careful if a vegan though because they said that they add animal milk to many of the coconut milk dishes only after I had ordered and double checked to see if what I ordered was vegan.

Just great - Edit
I went here alone a few years ago, and a few months ago with my sister. She loved it. A bit pricey if you like to eat a lot, but yeah every dish was full of flavor and just delicious. Amazing staff.

Superb Vegan meal - Edit
The restaurant is beautiful and the new shop attached is stunning.
Read moreWe shared a variety of dishes we’ve not had in Vietnam and each was superb.
We also shared 4 different juices and 4 desserts- lived all of them.
Servings are on the small side and it was the most expensive meal we’ve had in Vietnam.
But everything was beautiful.

Fancy, but - Edit
Service amazing, atmosphere great, food well done and fresh, BUT one star has to go. The Mango Sticky Rice was the worst version I ever had. Ridiculous size, sauce not salty, and really messed up sticky rice. Just mushy and watery.

Cons: Very expensive, overpriced
